Job Description

Position Overview

The primary role of the Pull-A-Part DCB-representative is to professionally handle inbound customer car buy inquiries with accurate quotes for vehicles and the associated processes for vehicle purchasing. The Representative will also interact with customers suggesting methods for resolving customer concerns.

Accountabilities/Requirements

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Aid in the control of company policies and regulatory requirements  
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, utilize multiple customer relationship tools to offer a best purchase price for used/salvaged vehicles. Closure rates are key in the success of this role and is a principal method of measuring success.
  • Utilize matrix tools to ensure that regional market and state specific guidelines are followed during the purchasing process and that accurate information is given to the customer during the purchase process. Accuracy is key in this role.

    General Requirements

    • Meet department goals and objectives.
    • Operate within Pull-A-Part safety guidelines and policies (COVID-19).
    • Ensure success with internal Call Quality measurements.
    • Learn, understand, and consistently adhere to schedule adherence & attendance guidelines.
    • Familiarity and experience with call center sales/metric targets.
    • Adhere to all workforce management requirements, and call service levels.
    • Able to add value to a sustained level of professional decorum in a business environment.

       

      Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • 1+ years of experience in a call center
      • Proficient in the basic use of PC’s, including Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Word
      • Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
      • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
      • Experience with troubleshooting customer issues over the phone.
      • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
      • Willingness to work a flexible schedule within all call center hours of operation.
      • Willingness to accept constructive feedback.
      • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

         

         

         

        Desired Skills & Qualifications (Not required):

        • Bilingual English & Spanish
        • Familiarity with scrap vehicle purchasing .
        • Excellent written communications skills

         

      • Salary/Wage:

        • $13.50 to $14.75 hourly
        • Offer is considered with experiences, bilingual speaking ability & promotability.
        • Bonus based on performance
