The VIP Club Membership Program is our free customer loyalty program for both Pull-A-Part and U-Pull-&-Pay customers. The VIP Club Membership Program allows you to earn VIP Rewards - 3% store credit - on qualified retail purchases of used auto parts, includes an easy way to keep track of your purchases with digital receipts and management of store credits, as well as discounted admissions on every visit to Pull-A-Part or U-Pull-&-Pay.

To join the VIP Club Membership Program (for both Pull-A-Part and U-Pull-&-Pay customers), please visit the Pull-A-Part website at https://www.pullapart.com/vip-club. Pull-A-Part manages the VIP Club Membership Program for both Pull-A-Part and U-Pull-&-Pay customers. U-Pull-&-Pay is now A Pull-A-Part Company and customers of both companies may now use their loyalty club program benefits at all of our stores*.

Full VIP Club Membership Program Benefits Include:

  • VIP Rewards - earn 3% store credit on all qualifying retail purchases of used auto parts
  • $1 off yard admission on every visit
  • Digital receipt copies stored automatically in your VIP Club account online
  • All store credits are kept in-store and online until used (including VIP Rewards Credits)
  • History of open warranties and/or core returns stored in your VIP Club account online
  • Review and manage your Notify Me inventory alerts in your VIP Club account online
  • Exclusive, monthly VIP-only coupons, discounts, and other promotional information sent via email or text message (based on Member communication preferences)
  • Manage all your account information, including notification preferences, in your VIP Club Membership account online

As a new VIP Club Program Member you will receive VIP Rewards store credit equal to two free yard admissions. You may use these store credits towards any future yard admission at any Pull-A-Part or U-Pull-&-Pay location* for you or a guest.

VIP Club Members receive $1 off yard admission on every visit. You may use any existing VIP Rewards store credit balance towards admission - simply ask a store associate to apply your VIP Rewards store credit towards your admission during the admissions process.

All active or veteran service members, as well as local first responders, receive free admission. Please show your government-issued ID at admissions to receive free admission if you qualify for this benefit.

You must use your VIP Club Membership at the time of purchase to earn VIP Rewards (as well as to have a digital copy of your receipt added to your VIP Club account online).

We are not able to add this information to your account AFTER you make a purchase, so please remember to use your VIP Club Membership (available as a digital card by logging into your account on your mobile device or computer).

If you forget your VIP Card or are unable to look it up on your mobile device at the time of purchase, simply ask a store associate to look up your account information for you.

VIP Club Members now earn VIP Rewards - 3% store credit - on all qualifying retail purchases of used auto parts at both Pull-A-Part and U-Pull-&-Pay locations*. You must have a verified and activated VIP Club Membership account (and must be opted-in to your preferred contact method - text message or email) in order to earn VIP Rewards.

If your VIP Club Membership is inactive, a store associate will notify you at the time of purchase. You are able to activate (or reactivate) your VIP Club Membership account using the password reset feature in the VIP Club section of the Pull-A-Part website here: https://www.pullapart.com/vip-club

If your VIP Club Membership account is verified and active, but you do not see a VIP Rewards credit applied to your purchase (will display on your receipt), you may be opted out of your preferred method of contact (text message or email). You will need to opt-in to your preferred contact method in order to start earning VIP Rewards. You can manage your communication preferences by logging into your VIP Club account. Once you update your communication preferences, you will be able to start earning VIP Club Rewards.

Once you are earning VIP Rewards, you can view your VIP Rewards balance in the "Credits" section of your VIP Club Membership account online (this amount will be displayed as "VIP Rewards Credit"). Starting in 2023, Pull-A-Part has added a "VIP Rewards" benefit to its VIP Club Membership Program (the customer loyalty program for both Pull-A-Part and U-Pull-&-Pay customers - U-Pull-&-Pay is now a Pull-A-Part Company).

Verified, active VIP Club Members are now eligible to earn VIP Rewards (3% store credit) on all qualifying retail purchases made at either Pull-A-Part or U-Pull-&-Pay stores* (a qualifying retail purchase is typically the subtotal of used auto parts purchased at a store - some exceptions apply).

VIP Club Membership accounts are "verified" when customers click a "verification link" sent to them via text message or email (according to user preference) during the enrollment process (standard message and data rates apply for SMS text messaging). 

VIP Club Membership accounts are "activated" when customers setup online account access (done by setting a username and password and logging into their account).

If a VIP Club Member has not completed one or both of these steps, they may be listed as "inactive" in the VIP Club Membership system. To re-activate your VIP Club Membership account, please use the password reset feature here

As an additional requirement for earning VIP Rewards, VIP Club Members must maintain their preferred method of contact (text messaging or email) in order to receive exclusive VIP-only coupons, discounts, and other promotional messages (typically 1-2 messages per month) - as well as to earn VIP Rewards. If a VIP Club Member opts-out of their preferred contact method (the option they chose during the registration process), they may continue to use other program benefits, but will not receive promotional messages OR be able to earn VIP Rewards. VIP Club Members may opt-in (or re-opt-in) to their preferred contact method by logging into their VIP Club account online and updating their contact preferences.

Pull-A-Part does not require text messaging or email opt-in for participation in the VIP Club Membership Program, but Members are required to remain opted-in to their preferred contact method to qualify for VIP Rewards and to receive monthly promotional text messages or emails (again, standard message and data rates apply for text messages).

Qualifying Purchases

VIP Rewards have no monetary value beyond store credit. VIP Rewards are issued at 3% of the value of qualifying retail purchases made at either participating Pull-A-Part or U-Pull-&-Pay locations. The VIP Rewards Credit is calculated on the subtotal price of used auto parts purchased (after any discount and before any taxes or fees are applied).

VIP Club Members must use their VIP Club Membership at the time of purchase in order to earn a VIP Reward (VIP Rewards will not be issued retroactively after the time of purchase). VIP Club Members may present their digital VIP Club Membership Card (available online by logging into the VIP Club Member account) or a Member may ask a store associate to lookup their VIP Club Membership at the time of purchase (and to apply their purchase to their VIP Club Membership at the time of purchase).

The VIP Reward for qualifying purchases is displayed on the retail receipt and digital copies of receipts are available in the VIP Club Member's account online. Any VIP Rewards store credit will be displayed as "VIP Rewards Credit" in the "Credits" section of the VIP Club Member's account online. 

VIP Club Members may not earn VIP Rewards credit on the purchase of used cars at locations that sell used cars, but VIP Rewards store credit may be applied towards the purchase of used cars at participating locations. VIP Club Members may not earn VIP Rewards credit on purchases made using VIP Rewards (you cannot earn additional VIP Rewards on purchases made using store credits - including VIP Rewards Credit). 

Bulk Buyers and/or Commercial Customer Limitations

Bulk buyers and/or commercial customers (including all businesses) are prohibited from earning VIP Rewards store credit. This applies to any customer that has an existing discount or preferred pricing agreement with Pull-A-Part or U-Pull-&-Pay, a Pull-A-Part Company. All bulk buyers and/or commercial customers are prohibited from earning VIP Rewards store credit. Violation of this requirement may result in termination of a customer's VIP Club Membership account, VIP Rewards, or any commercial agreement between a business and Pull-A-Part or its subsidiaries or affiliates. 

Additional Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

The VIP Club Membership Program and all program benefits (including VIP Rewards) are governed by any existing Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policies for Pull-A-Part or U-Pull-&-Pay.

All VIP Club Membership IDs or "VIP Cards" are now digital (we no longer issue physical VIP Club Membership Cards - so you can't lose your VIP Card anymore). You will need your VIP ID barcode to scan at the store. We email this to you after you sign-up, but you can also access your VIP ID at anytime by logging into your VIP Club account online at https://www.pullapart.com/vip-club. Follow the directions below for additional guidance.

If you don't remember your login information, you are able to reset your password from the main VIP Club Membership page or by going directly to https://www.pullapart.com/vip-club/vip-club-lost-password/. If you are in the store, you can also ask a store associate for assistance. They can look up your VIP Club information for you using the information you registered with.

If you are not able to login to your VIP Club Membership account online (or you forget your VIP Club password), you can reset your information using your VIPID membership number, name, phone number, or email. If you are unable to access your account using the password reset feature, you can ask a store associate for assistance during your next visit or submit a request for assistance through our contact us form here

If you don't have a current VIP Rewards balance or other Store Credits, receipt history, or Notify Me inventory alerts setup in your account (that you are worried about losing), you also have the option to crease a new VIP Club Membership account. Once you have VIP Rewards (store credit) available in your account, you may redeem your VIP Rewards Credit at the time of purchase when paying for used auto parts or yard admission. Simply tell the store associate you would like to apply your credit towards your purchase. Your VIP Rewards activity will be displayed on your receipt and your VIP Rewards Credit balance will be adjusted based on the value of the store credit you use.

To check your VIP Rewards balance, you can ask a store associate to look up the available store credit balance you have or you can view your VIP Rewards in your VIP Club account online (located under "Credits" in your account). Your VIP Rewards will be displayed as "VIP Rewards Credit."

Your VIP Rewards never expire and there is no limit to the amount of VIP Rewards you may earn (VIP Rewards are simply 3% store credit on the subtotal of used auto parts purchased).

When you join the VIP Club Program for the first time, you will receive two free yard admissions to use on future visits to either Pull-A-Part or U-Pull-&-Pay stores. These "free admissions" are added as "store credit" in your account that is equal to the value of two free yard admissions. You may use these free admissions for you or a guest.

After you have used your free admissions store credits, you will continue to receive $1 off yard admission on all future visits to the yard when you use your VIP Club Membership at admissions at our yard.

Pull-A-Part also offers free admission for all active and veteran service members and local first responders. Please show your government-issued ID to our associate at admissions to receive your free admission. Thank you for your service!

Once you make a qualifying retail purchase using your VIP Club Membership, your VIP Rewards (3% store credit) will typically show up in your account within 30 minutes of you completing your purchase. You may use your VIP Rewards store credit as soon as it shows up in your account.

You can check your VIP Rewards balance at any time by logging into your VIP Club account online. Your VIP Rewards credit will be displayed as "VIP Rewards Credit" under "Credits" in your account.

You may also ask a store associate to check your Credits balance during your next visit to the store. Your VIP Rewards activity will also be included on your receipt for any purchase you make while using your VIP Club Membership. 

You VIP Rewards Credit never expires and you may redeem your VIP Rewards Credit at any time towards future qualifying retail purchases of used auto parts or yard admission. You may also apply any unused VIP Rewards Credit towards the purchase of a used car at participating locations. No, VIP Rewards have no monetary value and are only redeemable as store credit towards qualifying retail purchases of used auto parts or yard admission. In addition. VIP Rewards Credit may be applied towards the purchase of a used car at participating locations (please view our used car locations here).

For further clarification:

  • VIP Rewards are NOT redeemable for cash - VIP Rewards have no monetary value
  • VIP Rewards are NOT redeemable for gift cards 
  • VIP Rewards are NOT transferrable to other VIP Club Members or any other individuals (VIP Rewards may only be used by the VIP Club Member who earned them) - however, a VIP Club Member may pay for somebody else using their VIP Club Membership account
  • VIP Rewards are NOT redeemable for anything other than store credit

We proudly offer FREE admissions to all veterans and service members year-round, as well as first responders who serve in the communities we are located in; simply provide proper identification to our associate at the Admissions counter to receive your free admission. No, it doesn't! However, if you're not a VIP member, it's your responsibility to keep track of the receipt with your listed credits.

VIP Rewards earned on qualifying retail purchases of used auto parts (currently 3% of the subtotal of the used auto parts you purchase) will be displayed as "VIP Rewards Credit" under the "Credits" section of your VIP Club Membership account online. Your VIP Rewards Credit does not expire - you may redeem at any time towards future retail purchases of used auto parts or yard admission. You may also apply your VIP Rewards Credit towards the purchase of used cars at participating locations. Pull-A-Part Standard Return and Exchange Policy

Most parts include a 30-day warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your used auto parts purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30-days of the original purchase with your receipt. We will not accept parts for return or exchange without a receipt. Parts can be exchanged for matching parts or returned for a store credit that can be used at any Pull-A-Part location. With the exception of core deposits, we do not offer cash refunds for returned parts. The returned part(s) must be the original part purchased, properly marked with the original Pull-A-Part marking, and not disassembled.

All exchanges or returns are at the discretion of the Store Manager. If you have any questions or issues related to returns or exchanges, please contact us.

Exceptions

Tires and Wheels

Tires and wheels have a 3-day limited warranty. You may exchange or return tires and wheels (for store credit) within 3 days of your original purchase with a receipt.

Hybrid Batteries

Hybrid batteries are not covered by Pull-A-Part’s Standard Return and Exchange Policy. These items are sold “AS-IS” and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Used Coolant, Washer Fluid, Thrift Store Items

Pull-A-Part does not provide a warranty for used coolant, windshield washer fluid, fuses, or thrift store items. These items are sold “AS-IS” and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Extended Warranty

Pull-A-Part offers a 120-day extended warranty on some types of used auto parts for an additional fee. If the part(s) you are purchasing are eligible for an extended warranty, your cashier will inform you of this option at your time of purchase. If you purchase an extended warranty, your part(s) may be exchanged for matching parts or returned for store credit within 120-days of the original purchase with your receipt. Core returns are still limited to 30-days regardless of the warranty term.

Core Returns

All Core returns are gladly processed, and cash is provided in return for the core if the return is within 30 days of the original purchase (receipt required for core returns).

Members of Pull-A-Part’s free VIP Club Membership Program (our customer loyalty program) get online access to receipts and warranty information via their VIP Club Membership account online. Join our free VIP Club Program and register for online access so you’ll never lose or misplace your receipts (and not be able to exchange or return parts during the valid warranty period).
